Individual Case Study 20% (e-portfolio)
Answer the following questions. The essay should not exceed 800 words

- Submit your work on the eLearning (individual case study 20%) for grading.
You are advised to draft your piece of work on a draft document before you publish on your e-portfolio.

Group Project 40%
(assessment of content from thinking/ leadership/adaptability skill aspect)
You would have to organise an exciting talk show.
I recommend to watch, Ellen, Steve Harvey or The Real for ideas about how the talk show would looks like.
Theme for Group 1 – “the importance to acknowledge men/women’s role”
Theme for Group 2 – “Appreciate, respect and gratitude how does it reflect life?”
You can expand your discussion in a general, organisation/company or social context.
It must be catchy, global, and be able to stimulate audiences to think and have minimal engagement.
These are somehow sensitive issues but you would need to carefully choose your words as this video will go online. You would need to have reference and solid evidence to convey your message/strengthen your opinion.
What you need to do is;
1: decide the topic
2: if you think you can lead this project, go on nominate yourself, otherwise nominate your friend.
3: The leader would need to set a role for each member of the group. Which include (cameraman, scriptwriter, event manager, forumnists, director, etc)
4; Start planning in the group. Use the elearning (forum) to discuss your project. Your project would be closely guided by the lecturer.
This project will involve 1.5 hours of a talk show with short 4-5 min of video recording, audiences, and each one of you have to be in the camera (although people of behind the scene). The video will be copied and you would need to publish on your e-portfolio. This is great for your visibility. Be sure that you are prepared with your skills so you would have to be present and embrace your skill in it!
The talk show should be in April. You choose the date.
